As the former Client Services Director at Bluefrog and Business Director at Open, he transitioned into a digital-focused role as the Head of Digital at DTV Group for the last nine years. In this capacity, he has been instrumental in guiding many leading charities to grow highly effective digital acquisition, retention and legacy programs. At DTV, Saleem was central to crafting and executing a comprehensive digital strategy, encompassing donor journeys, web optimization and the effective use of direct response video in social media to recruit donors at scale.
